During
our Worldly existence we sometimes find ourselves needing help with
one thing or another and we are too prideful to ask for help.
Christians out of their surplus should help those in need. The “Loaves
and Fishes” Ministry will assist those
with needs.
|
The
second miracle, the “Feeding of the 4,000”, with 5 loaves
of bread and a 2 small fish, is reported by Matthew 15:32-39
and Mark 8:1-9. |
|
Examples:
food, clothing, socks, shoes, hats, blankets, un-used medical
supplies, and bathroom essentials. |
This
also includes minor home repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing,
etc.) for the widowed or elderly. We will try to match those
that need something with those that can help. |
Examples:
wheelchair ramps, bathtub rails, doors widened, busted pipes,
ceiling fan installation, other repairs |
County Food Banks |
We
receive from the food banks because we are in need and they
help us. If there is something that they give you that you
do not like. Give to a neighbor or someone else less fortunate.
Food from the food bank is not for resale to public. |
